Visit from the A.P. Møller and Chastine Mc-Kinney Møller Foundation

Last week we were pleased to welcome Senior Advisor Lars Reuter from the The A.P. Møller and Chastine Mc-Kinney Møller Foundation in Copenhagen. The Foundation has recently awarded the Museum a $4M grant for the new Nordic Museum opening in 2018. I was happy to give Lars a detailed introduction to the project and show him our new museum site, where the interior of the Fenpro building is now under demolition. I was also delighted to introduce him to our Board of Trustees, architects, and Danish stakeholders — thanks to all of you for giving Lars a warm welcome here in Seattle.
