Marketing Specialist

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will support the strategy for Museum communications, and oversee the development of collateral and online content to consistently articulate the National Nordic Museum’s message. The Marketing Specialist helps to plan and execute the Museum’s overall marketing efforts, including paid media and public relations initiatives. This position works closely with senior staff to develop and implement strategic initiatives, provide counsel, and evaluate effective outcomes. Download the full job description here. This is a full-time, salaried position. The salary range for this position is $43,000/year - $47,000/year, DOE.

HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator serves as point person for recruiting and onboarding employees and provides support for other HR activities including the annual review process, and staff recognition activities. This position is also responsible for supporting the finance department by ensuring segregation of duties within the department. The position provides direct administrative support to the Director of Finance and HR. Download the full job description here. The rate of pay for this position is $42k-$46k annually, DOE. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position.
