Members: Please before reserving your free tickets or registering for events. Membership discounts are applied at checkout. In compliance with King County mandates, the National Nordic Museum requires that all visitors over the age of 12 be vaccinated against COVID-19 or, alternatively, show proof of a negative COVID-19 test completed within 72 hours of your visit. Grant Writer

The Grant Writer is responsible for all aspects of the Museum’s grant seeking efforts, including identifying and researching prospective funders, developing funding strategies and stewarding foundation relationships. The Grant Writer will craft compelling narrative, engage team members as appropriate in preparing grant requests and reports, oversee the submission process for applications, and comply with all reporting requirements. Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in the Museum’s marketing efforts. The part-time position will be responsible for drafting compelling content and supporting marketing campaigns and activities. The Marketing Assistant will assist with a wide range of community outreach initiatives that advance the National Nordic Museum’s business and brand objectives. The hourly rate is $19. Museum Store & Sales Associate

The part-time Museum Store & Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests and ensuring a welcoming experience.  This position assists with the day-to-day operations of the Museum Store and supports weekday, weekend, and occasional evening visitor areas including Admissions and Gallery Monitoring. The hourly rate for this position is $17.27.  The position will have a variable schedule with up to 20 hours per week and will include some evening and weekend work.
