Guest Services Manager

The Guest Services Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service to visitors of the Nordic Museum, ensuring a welcoming experience. The position manages front desk activities and all customer-facing transactions (including POS and information), and coordinates and supervises Guest Services staff and volunteers.

Venue Services Coordinator

The Venue Services Coordinator manages event logistics for internal programming and external clients to create high quality experiences at National Nordic Museum (NNM). This is a high-volume environment where work productivity, process efficiency and effective communication skills are a must.
