Director of Marketing

The Nordic Museum seeks a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing with proven track record of engaging and developing audiences. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the full spectrum of marketing activities, with a particular focus on developing and executing creative marketing campaigns, leading small but effective teams, and building marketing infrastructure. S/he will be strategic, results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced non-profit environment.

Director of Collections, Exhibitions, and Programs

The Nordic Museum seeks a dynamic and experienced Director of Collections, Exhibitions, and Programs to join our senior management team. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience providing oversight and strategic guidance for the curatorial, exhibitions, and education functions in a Museum environment. The position will lead staff and manage department activities, which encompass educational and public programs, temporary and permanent exhibitions, and collections management, care, and interpretation.

Museum Store Retail and Purchasing Manager

The Retail and Purchasing Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patrons and ensuring a welcoming experience. The position oversees retail sales, manages purchasing and inventory control, and supervises Museum Store staff and volunteers.

Full Time Custodian/Facilities Assistant

The Custodian/Facilities Assistant is responsible for maintaining the Museum’s building and grounds, keeping the Museum clean, orderly, and in good condition, and providing set up/tear down support for Museum activities. 

This position is a full time position with a Sunday-Thursday work schedule. The rate of pay for this position is $15.00 hourly.
